This review is from: Nikon D3000 body (FR) This a great Camcorder. I own the Nikon D80 and wished to purchase a DSLR for my spouse as he has been curious about photography. This camera might be smaller and intensely simplified. We actually enjoy the on screen programing relating to the back of this camera. The D3000 will never incorporate the live view but that really isn't going to credit card debt that you take real photos you have to use a viewfinder and not live view. The grade of the picture have become good and very corresponding to the D80. We like the being user friendly know what's even better is the factthat the lens are interchangeable so we will not will need to go out and spend a $1000 on new lens. Should you really would like an amazing camera which may help most amateur or semi pros that is the great camera. You will need great pictures, easy to use it is fast. It size really makes it a very easy to cart around too. Battery life is incredible, over 600 shots outside. I get myself working with it more that my D80 whenever i am just caught taking shots.
