She really wants it, though she has to little guidance by it. My 7 year old granddaughter also likes it, and she likes the games, too. The 3 year old shouldn't be quite ready for that games. Actually, you certainly to keep the shutter down for Just a few seconds for your shot, as another person said. What about a second, yet not A few moments. Sanctioned little pricey, but so far both of my granddaughters have experienced a lot of fun by using it. The flash isn't great if you do not are about 5 6 feet away; otherwise, it really is too bright, and it also ingests a good while, about 7 or 8 seconds, to recyle. This camera is best for outdoor shots than indoor shots, similar to point and shoot digicams. There is yet another camera of Fisher Price that was formerly the same price, but has dropped 20 or 30 dollars. It is far from nearly as well as ours, and I'd not recommned it for your child over age 3. This Polaroid was obviously a good cam for just a 3 4 to a new 6 7 year old.
